Bombay High Court Recruitment Details

Candidates all over India are invited for the recruitment process for the post of District Judge in the Judicial Service of the State of Maharashtra. They released advertisement number A.5504/2021 on the official site stating a requirement of 9 vacant positions for District Judge to be filled at the earliest. The recruitment portal will be active starting from 7th January 2022. Candidates can send their application till 27th January 2022.

Bombay High Court District Judge Recruitment: Selection Process

The recruitment body will screen the applications sent by the candidates and selected candidates will have to appear to the competitive examination. The competitive exam consist of three stages.

  • Preliminary Examination
  • Main Examination
  • Viva-voce

The Preliminary Examination shall be conducted by way of Objective Type Question Paper with multiple choices. The main written examination shall comprise of two papers carrying 100 marks each, having duration of 3 hours each of Ninety minutes duration consisting of 100 marks. The High Court will hold viva-voce carrying 50 marks of the eligible candidates who have secured not less than 50% marks in each paper of main written examination.
