Gujarat High Court Private Secretary Recruitment Details
Eligible candidates are invited for the recruitment process for the post of Private Secretary at the High Court of Gujarat. As per Allahabad High Court recruitment notification, there are openings of 15 vacancies to be filled. The recruitment portal will be active starting from 6th May 2022. Gujarat High Court Recruitment: Selection Process
The applications received from the candidates will be screened and selected candidates will be called in recruitment examination. The recruitment exam consist of 3 Stages.
- Preliminary Test (Objective TypeMCQs)
- Stenography / Skill Test
- Viva voce Test
The Preliminary Test would be of 100 Marks. The duration is 2 hours. Syllabus for Preliminary Test is General Knowledge, English Language & Grammer, Gujarati Language, Current Affairs, Numerical & Mental Ability and Computer Fundamentals/Operation, etc.
The Stenography/Skill Test for Speed of 120 words per minute in English Short Hand/Stenography, would be of 60 Marks. [Duration: 8 Minutes (Dictation2 Paragraphs, each of 4 Minutes)] with Transcription time of 50 minutes.
Candidates appearing for the Stenography/Skill Test shall have to take the Dictation in SHORTHAND NOTATIONs only and those found to be taking/taken dictation in longhand, would be disqualified forthwith.
Vivavoce Test shall be of 40 Marks. Final Merit Lists of all qualified candidates shall be prepared separately on the basis of aggregate of marks as obtained by the Candidates in all the 3 stages.
